Our client is a growing, global, digital tech company that just closed a multimillion dollar raise. They specialize in microservices and APIs for enterprise companies. Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. NYC Metro or East Coast preferred and will consider national candidates. Remote option or relocation is possible. Base in the $150-200K range plus commission, ESOP and excellent benefits.
  • Proven experience hiring, building, retaining and driving a sales team
  • Quota higher than $5m
  • Hands on details oriented manager, able to both manage, train AND sell
  • Highly passionate about product offering and customers’ pain
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to excel in a dynamic environment
  • Extreme attention to details, follow-through and teamwork

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish in a team selling environment
  • Experience selling into the financial services marketplace
  • 10+ years selling infrastructure solutions such as Enterprise Service Bus products into Mainframe and Mid-Range customers (IBM i) as well as open systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting and describing complex use case and business and technology solutions
  • Strong technical background understanding API integration solutions, legacy environment
  • Familiar with Legacy systems at a talking level regarding architecture within the banking, Telco or insurance companies , that include but not limited to MainFrame, AS400, Oracle SQL and store procedures, SAP and others
  • Knowledgeable within open source Microservices environments like Sprint Boot, Maven & Docker
  • Experience in the Financial industry (Core Banking, CBR, FinTech)
  • Has passion and flexibility required to act effectively in a highly dynamic start up environment
